New 'Candied Rose' Large Lyra Wings and More, Ready to Ship

Happy spring, fairies! Let’s get ready for outdoor festival season with new fairy wings.

Large iridescent fairy wings with long double tails, in shades of plum, rose, and touches of green with copper veins, worn on a dress form. Front View.

Starting with the large Lyra fairy wings in a painted color scheme I'm calling Candied Rose (above), done in rosey plum tones with touches of bright green laminated on the brilliant Diamond Fire film, and copper veining.
They will be $490 plus shipping.

Large violet transparent iridescent fairy wings with a spikey profile and curvy tails on bottom, worn on a dress form, back view.

Then I've added lower panels from the older Guinevere wings to the Scythe design and laminated them in the clear Ultraviolet film, also with copper veins. I don't usually show off the back but this one happened to photograph too well not to!
You can also wear them without the bottom panels if you prefer since these are all convertible. Please note that the pinkish color shown on the Scythe / Gwen wings must be a reflection of something nearby, the actual shine color is only violet and some blue with only the tiniest hints of teal or green.

There will also be a repeat set of Goblin Princess wings in clear Opal with copper veins and a repeat set of Fauna wings in clear Diamond Fire with copper veins.

Post-Halloween Fairy Wings Sale Nov. 4 at 8pm PST

I hope everyone had a happy Halloween!

I was too burned out to do anything but we did watch Welcome To Derry which scared us into the Halloween spirit!

Halloween may be over but there are plenty of events where fairies are welcome, and these 4 new fairy wing sets are looking for new homes!

The Lilian wings (above), one of the new 2025 designs, would have been $375 since they use a lot more ink than the last painted set I posted, but due to a very faint imprint of magenta ink from the press rollers on the white / clear spot in the middle of the upper wing panel (seen in 1st photo) they will be $349 plus shipping. I thought it was on the outside but it got sealed in and I'd rather not waste film & ink by doing them over again. It’s not very noticeable but I notice it and want happy customers.

These Lyra wings above are another of my new 2025 designs, laminated in the luminous Opal film with gold veins, and will be $219 plus shipping.

I know, I know, I only realized I was holding this sale the same day as the No Kings rallies after it was pretty locked in! It’s a bit late to change it now, but since sales have been slower this year thanks to the Trump tariffs, they might still be there for you after the rally is over.

This film color is a limited one, as I got the roll of it years ago from a vendor that’s now gone silent. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

I've got this set of Goblin Princess fairy wings done in a variation of the Rollerbird painting that follows the Absinthe & Arsenic colorway I've dabbled in before, but this time I used the Opal iridescent film rather than the clear Diamond Fire for cooler toned greens with touches of blue.

In my Second Life news, I was shocked to find out that one of the creators, Fairyzette Sahara of Les Sucreries De Fairy, who I reported for 3 different wing infringements early this year has actually doubled down and released one of them AGAIN with a few insignificant changes.

The sales event they were being sold at opened to the public yesterday, and after 4 days since I sent all the proof of ownership to the organizers the stolen content remained up until 1am this morning or so I’m told. Haven’t had a chance to check on it and there are RL things to take care of right now, so if there are any further updates I’ll make them here later.
Mentioning it in the event’s group chat yesterday since the organizers had still not acted, got me chastised for commenting and I was locked out of the chat, which is no surprise at this point. I've been learning that a lot of these events put language against copyright infringement in their rules but often don't actually care to enforce them or make them a lower priority than they should be :/

I only cut 2 of these, 1 was a special custom order for an indie film and this is the other one.
I originally meant to keep these & wear them for Halloween or do a fun photo shoot, but I don't know if those things will happen and I gotta pay those bills! They're actually an extra large set cut from the thicker .05" thick aluminum and come with a longer brace, but like all my others they are still convertible.

Kira and Cosette Fairy Wings

I had visions of a photo shoot but I don't know when that would happen and need the sales more.

Also, I don't know if I'll be able to continue offering this same shiny chrome silver for the veins after this batch is gone :/ My vendor just informed me that each bag has gone up in price 50%!
So far the other colors aren't affected but I don't know if that will stay true for long.
I'll have to decide if I'm going to raise prices, or if I'm going to have to go with a different silver.

Trump's tariffs are of course to blame. On a positive note, I sold all the remaining wings in my shop except the Pansy wings that are still up, and I took down the listing for the Kira wings to make these. That's a big relief, and I'm grateful for every order and every Patron here. Once again, I’m opening to some custom orders so get in touch asap if you had something special in mind for Halloween.

The Pansy Painted 'Iris' Fairy Wings Get Gilded

I love them even more with the veins in gold! And the gold makes the 'Iris' name more fitting don't you think?

I hope it's not confusing having the design named after one flower and the painted colorway named after another, but that's what seemed to be calling to me.
They also give off some Fairytopia vibes.
I'm knocking $10 off the usual price because these have a copper back brace instead of gold so it's not a perfect match. That probably won't matter to most of you if you prefer to wear it tucked in or otherwise covered.

I’m also going to stop putting ‘simplified’ in the title of this version without the extra vinyl veins since I don’t plan to make those again unless they’re ordered or requested due to the sluggish economy right now for luxury items like this.

*Fairies, I'm sorry, I really thought I'd made the Kira painted wings in the Ocean colorway previously with gold veins so when the News blog post emailed out it said those would be re-listing, but when I went to edit the listing I realized those had silver veins. Not gold.
I didn't actually finish them just yet, since wings haven't been all selling out right after they list I was going to finish them tonight or tomorrow, but since I wouldn't have photos for a listing I'm going to remake them in the Poison Apple film instead like the ones in my previous News post.

HOWEVER, since silver is the next vein color to be powder coated, I'm happy to take a pre-order for the Kira wings in Ocean with silver veins.
Or an order for them in a different color.

Sorry again for my mistake. This month has not been great so I've been running on fumes, and I feel like I've been saying that for months but it's true and tomorrow is CA sales tax due date which is going to really suck.

I'm also opening up to more special orders, and as I'm getting new designs ready I may even be able to take pre-orders for those or offer a sort of custom order during this window of time. I've changed my FAQ to reflect that.
