I designed the Pixish Collection of fairy wings in 2019, and released the Colette design soon after.
After 3 long years, I’m finally releasing 2 more of those designs as wearable fairy wings, available Friday 1/13/23 at 8am Pacific!
Meet the Cosette and Fayette ‘pix’ wings.
The Cosette fairy wings as seen above are laminated in Ultraviolet clear iridescent film with black veins.
These are a bit bigger and fuller than the Colette wings, and have more vinyl layer pieces to match up with the metal veins so they were more labor intensive as well, and will be priced at $570.
They measure 42" wide by 36" tall when displayed in their fully open upright position, though of course the rubber washer assembly allows for the panels positions to be rotated into your desired position.
The upper panel measures 24" long.
The Colette wings' upper panel measures 22 and a half inches long for comparison.
The Fayette 'pix' wings, above, are laminated in the new Blush iridescent film with black veining.
Like the other wings from the Pixish Collection, these and the Cosette wings feature an additional layer made of cut black vinyl for the thinnest veins incorporated into the metal vein frame for a seamlessly realistic & very detailed look.
They measure 45" wide by 36" tall when displayed in their fully open upright position, though of course the rubber washer assembly allows for the panels positions to be rotated into your desired position. The upper panel measures almost 25" long.

They would’ve been priced at $589, however once the rain stopped & the sun came out I realized that a little cat hair got trapped in the bottom of the right upper panel, and there’s a slight crease in the vinyl on a lower panel on the opposite side that almost looks like a trapped hair at certain angles so I’m knocking $10 off. Neither flaw is really noticeable but the 2 last closeups show them.
Although they're bigger than the usual standard large wings, both wing designs are still technically in the standard large category, are made with the .04" thick aluminum frames, and should fit the flapping wing mechanisms as well.
The Pixish Collection wings are all inspired by Carnival Row, though not at all the same wing design from the show.
Prices on all wings may be going up slightly soon as well, as I've been informed that another of my materials costs have gone up so it’s possible this is your one chance to get these wings at these prices.
