In this flash sale I’ll be listing at least 3, possibly 4 sets of painted fairy wings (will update that number later today) which will include these Fayette wings from the Pixish Collection, done in the ‘Water Lily’ theme with greens & blues and touches of pink laminated onto the clear Diamond Fire film, with gold veining. They will be $590 plus shipping.

The next set of painted wings are the 26 inch long Trinket wings with the Celestial theme laminated onto the clear Aurora film, and chrome silver veining. These ended up with a bit more wrinkling on the back than usual so there will be a small discount. I’ve included some close-ups of what that looks like in the front and back, you can see that it’s not really apparent in the front so I don’t really consider these to be defective enough to re-do them. Sometimes the wrinkling happens after I’ve laminated the film possibly due to not enough tension in the process of laminating.

A set of the Colette painted wings in the green Absinthe & Arsenic colorway, laminated onto the clear Diamond Fire film with black veins will also be listing. These photos are of the set I made for a customer’s order previously, the ones listing Sunday will be the same. They will be $510 plus shipping.

The wings are all ready-to-ship but will be shipped after Wednesday as I’m out of the packaging for them and waiting for them to be delivered. There might be a set or two of un-painted repeat wings but I’m still deciding whether they should wait till the next sale.

As I’ve mentioned before, the painted wings now include an additional layer of clear film on top of the print for extra protection, water resistance and durability. However, I still haven’t tested them under water so I can NOT promise they would survive a swim or underwater shoot. As always, they are digitally hand painted by me and printed onto a layer of vinyl.
